Our Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the Lago Lomita Vineyard, sitting at 2,600 feet in elevation. The sunny yet cool manner of this vineyard allows for gently ripened fruit with bright and defined structure. This wine displays quintessential varietal characteristics and embodies all great things; power, depth, and grace. A symphony of dark plum, cocoa, and cigar box jump from the glass. Each taste is impactful with delicate violet, cassis, and anise seed.
