Soquel Vineyards’ wine varietals include Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Sangiovese and an esteemed Trinity blend.

During production, each of these wines is carefully and minimally handled so that the full flavor of the fruit can be extracted.

Core to producing superior wines is Soquel Vineyards’ fastidious choosing of grapes from select vineyards. Likewise, their judicious use of oak cooperage from the most highly respected barrel makers, Demptos, Radoux, Saint Jacques and Seguin Moreau, further supports their philosophy of excellence.
